  • Standard Sparring Headgear is allowed.

  • Headgear with a full jawbar is allowed in the IKF PKB for ALL AGES.

  • Headgear with full face Faceguard/cages are allowed in the PKB for ALL AGES.

• Groin Cup

• Gloves

  • Age: Under 12, 12 oz

  • Age: 12+ 16 oz

• Boxing Shoes
