PBSC St. Louis III – Point Boxing Sparring Competition
PBSC St. Louis III is an IKF-sanctioned Point Boxing Sparring Competition designed to bridge the gap between gym sparring and full-contact boxing competition.
PBSC is a semi-contact competition where athletes are expected to control their power and focus on scoring with skill, technique, defense, ring awareness, and composure. Clean punches landed are rewarded as points.
Athletes of all ages and experience levels are given an opportunity to gain valuable competition experience under the lights, in front of a crowd, while developing the control necessary for future competition.
